Jürgen Waldheim

Born 1958 in Hannover.

After studying for the Bar at the Free University of Berlin, Mr. Waldheim was active as an outside worker in Berlin law offices, predominantly in the contract creation field. He has been a lawyer since 1991. From 1990-1993 he organized seminars in the field of administrative law (in particular administrative regulation of trade, public building laws, municipal law) and civil law (real estate interest-, restitution-, corporation law, commercial- and economic law) for attorneys and authorities in the former East German states.

He is admitted to practice before the District Court and the Berlin Superior Court of Justice and has extended his qualifications to the status of specialist lawyer for administrative law. The focal points of his practice are economic, corporate and administrative law.

Mr. Waldheim is a member of the board of the international attorney network, Ars Legis e.V. (registered association), council member of the Federal associ- ation for Public Law e.V. and member of the German-Austrian and Swiss lawyers' association DACH, the DAC (German Attorneys' Cooperation) and also the German and Berlin Bar associ- ations.
